UrbanQ rebates received!
People are reporting getting checks from the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) as a result of the UrbanQ settlement. Some of you may remember they offered Free After Rebate items a few years ago, and then went bankrupt before paying out the rebates. The checks have not been for the full amount owed, but close. Better than nothing. ~Kim :-)

I had filed an online complaint about a refund owed me by UrbanQ but never received a response. Is there something more I should have done?
